Becoming a Service Partner: Enjoy Flexibility and Autonomy

As a Service Partner, you can provide customer support services from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to set your own schedule and spend more time with your loved ones or pursue other passions.

When working with our platform, you get to be your own boss. You are not an employee of GB2K, our Partner, or the client(s) you serve.

What Are Service Partners

Signing up for GB2K's Partners Platform as a Service Partner

To use GB2K's Partners Platform, Service Partners are Independent Contractors.

Alternatively, they can sign up with a call center business that already uses the Platform.

Once registered, Service Partners can review and select the client opportunity that best suits their needs.

To prepare for providing customer support for the selected client, they must complete a certification course. After successfully completing the course, Service Partners sign a three-month-long Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity.
